One of the best things about staying at MUJI Hotel is that you get to try a variety of MUJI products, from its popular mattress to snacks. According to the instruction, you can take toothbrush & toothpaste, combs, laundry bag, Q-tips, skin lotions, essential oils (for aroma diffuser), coasters, water bottles, snacks, sugar/cream, pen & notepad, shoe shine wipes and slippers (in the bag). However, other items do belong to the hotel. Please follow the rule.
MUJI Skin Lotion and Bamboo Toothbrush

MUJI’s skin lotion is one of the most popular MUJI products for its affordable price and high product quality. It’s cheaper than many skincare brands’ competitors, but its quality is not compromised. My skin absorbed it really nicely, and it felt smooth after I applied it. The toothbrush and the comb look to be hotel amenities and not for sale. Out of concerns that there are as many as 3.6 billion disposable plastic toothbrushes wasted globally as hotel amenities, MUJI produced them using bamboo, a fast-growing renewable material. In general, MUJI’s toothbrushes have a small head like this one and force you to brush your teeth slower and carefully.
MUJI organizers

MUJI is also known for offering neat organizers and furniture from small to big that are compatible. It is because they are designed based on the same measurement units: Items fit nicely in organizers, which fit nicely in shelves and cases.
MUJI Snacks and beverages

MUJI’s food products are also popular. Snacks are sold in small packages that only cost $1~ $3 per piece, which is ideal to try different kinds and avoid overeating. Many of them leverages the deliciousness of the raw ingredients with minimum processing and additional flavors.
MUJI Aroma Diffuser and Kettle

MUJI is the trailblazer of ultrasonic aroma diffuser. Since the product launch in 2008, the minimalistic but cute design has been widely popular and defined the product category.
MUJI Pajamas and Hungers

Pajamas and slippers were neatly stored in a closet along with hungers. MUJI hungers are great at maintaining the original shapes of the clothes.
MUJI Hair Drier and Towels

Last but not least, I liked two products I found in the bathroom: hair dryer and towels. MUJI’s hair dryer was quiet and I felt like the warm air was distributed very evenly to efficiently dry your hair. Towels were quite thin, but it’s intentional: they are meant to maximize the functionality to absorb water when you wipe your face or dry your hair. The size of each towel (facial, small and regular bath towel) was chosen carefully so that they are easy to use: not too bulky or heavy, but not too small. Just right.
